\nfor the U.S. Department of State Matthew Miller said this at the Department
\npress briefing with regard to James O’Brien’s visit to Azerbaijan.

“We think it would be against the interests of peace and
\nsecurity in the region for us to just drop all of our diplomatic engagements
\nwith Azerbaijan. We continue to engage directly with both Azerbaijan and
\nArmenia to make clear – for example, in the case of Azerbaijan – where we have
\nconcerns. And we also continue to engage with them to urge them to seek a
\ndurable peace with Armenia,” Miller noted.
