Two prosecutors from the Prosecutor’s Offices of Armavir and
\nKotayk provinces were dismissed from post due to inappropriate behavior.

The Prosecutor’s office reports that it was discovered
\nduring the disciplinary proceedings that the mentioned persons displayed
\ninappropriate behavior, tarnishing the high reputation, good name, honor and
\ndignity of a prosecutor.<\/p>\n
By Anna Vardapetyan’s order, the outcome of the proceedings
\nwas submitted to the ethics committee under the General Prosecutor’s Office of
\nthe Republic of Armenia. Two days later, the committee revealed abuses of power
\nby the two prosecutors and approved of their dismissal.<\/p>\n
\n<\/p>
By the July 14, 2023 order of the Prosecutor General, the
\ntwo prosecutors from the Prosecutor’s Offices of Armavir and Kotayk provinces
\nwere dismissed from post.
