Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) has foiled a Ukrainian operation to hijack a Russian MiG-31 jet equipped with a Kinzhal hypersonic missile, TASS<\/a> reports.<\/p>\n

According to the report, the pilots had been promised $3 million for their participation.<\/p>\n

The MiG-31 was allegedly to be hijacked for a provocation against NATO’s largest air base in Constanța, Romania, the FSB said.<\/p>\n
