Russia is ready to discuss any bilateral issues that may be causing concern in Armenia, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova said<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“We can discuss all questions or concerns both at the ministerial level and at the parliamentary level,” Zakharova stated.<\/p>\n

She added that statements about a “hybrid war” with Armenia are being made at a time when supporters of deepening relations with Russia are being persecuted.<\/p>\n
