During this time, we have been trying our best to make the<br>\nimpact of these devastating consequences of the blockade on the people of<br>\nArtsakh as small as possible. We had hopes that the international community,<br>\nthe Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia would take steps to stop<br>\nthis course leading to annihilation, but it turned out that they are mere<br>\nobservers watching us from afar,&rdquo; the State Minister said.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">As he stated, after Dec. 12, 2022, the people of Artsakh<br>\nwere faced with malnourishment. While the children, elderly, people with<br>\ncritical health issues were forced to go through severe difficulties, since<br>\nJune 15, 2023, the people of Artsakh at large are facing an existential threat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The situation today is critical. And tomorrow promises to be<br>\nfar more devastating and full of hardships. Many health issues have already<br>\nemerged today. In a number of regions, drinking water supplies are being cut<br>\noff.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">&ldquo;Residents of rural areas, being far from the capital, have<br>\nbecome captives. For many of them, phone calls are the only channel of<br>\ncommunication with district centers and the capital. Residents of the villages<br>\nof Shushi region are held hostage. Intercommunity public transport services<br>\nfirst started to operate partially and now are being suspended. Children are<br>\nhardly fed in kindergartens, hospital patients are given meager amounts of<br>\nfood. In a few days, ambulance services will be suspended. People will face<br>\nproblems regarding first-aid kit supplies and medical care. And now I would<br>\nlike to address a question to the international community, the Republic of<br>\nArmenia and the Russian Federation. What else do you need? What are you waiting<br>\nfor? Are you going to respond to all of this after this square is filled with<br>\ncorpses every day? Do you want to see new cases of children&rsquo;s death, like the<br>\none recorded days ago? I&rsquo;m saying this on behalf of everyone.
