“State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan reported on the deepening
\nhumanitarian crisis in the Republic as a result of Azerbaijan’s aggressive
\nactions. <\/p>\n
President Arayik Harutyunyan noted that the efforts made in
\nthe field of foreign affairs and the calls from various states and
\ninternational organizations regarding the unblocking of the corridor linking
\nArtsakh with Armenia have not shown any positive results. And this holds true
\nboth for breaking the blockade of Artsakh and restraining Azerbaijan’s
\nambitions. Thus, it becomes imperative that we work harder and in a targeted
\nmanner.<\/p>\n
Given the situation, President Harutyunyan issued a number
\nof instructions on reallocating the existing resources and on working towards
\nways of addressing the security issues to ensure the normal functioning of the
\nRepublic,” reads the report.<\/p>\n
President of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan convened
\na Security Council meeting on July 13. Measures taken to address the deepening
