There are a number of child care institutions operating in
\nArmenia. However, many of them have no license to provide educational services.<\/p>\n

“As the law stands, institutions running pre-school and
\nschool programs must be licensed,” Head of RA MoESCS Licensing Agency Arshak
\nAshotyan said.<\/p>\n

That is the law, but many are the cases when it is violated.
\nFor example, there are cases when an institution that is registered as an
\nentertainment center for children operates as a kindergarten.
