“PSRC members Sergey Aghinyan, Davit Muradyan, and Elena Baboyan traveled to Turkey. The topic was the following: since 1999, Armenia has not only been a member but also a founding member of the Regional Association of Energy Regulators. The association’s working format is such that twice a year, one of the member countries hosts a workshop during which delegations discuss a wide range of energy-related issues. They discussed issues related to renewable solar energy, as well as problems concerning market liberalization.
