The OSCE has completed the closure of the Minsk Process and all related structures, the organization said<\/a> in a statement.<\/p>\n

As noted, the completion of all necessary administrative procedures marks the formal end of the closure process.<\/p>\n

On Sept. 1, 2025, the OSCE Permanent Council decided to terminate the OSCE Minsk Process and its related structures following a joint request submitted by Armenia and Azerbaijan to Finland’s OSCE Chairmanship.<\/p>\n
