Nike on Tuesday announced a series of leadership changes designed to accelerate decision making as Chief Executive Officer Elliott Hill enters the second year of a corporate reboot, The Oregonian<\/a> writes.<\/p>\n

The moves include the elevation of Venkatesh Alagirisamy to chief operating officer, a role that hasn’t existed at Nike since 2023. Two other C-level executives, Craig Williams and Muge Dogan, are leaving the company.<\/p>\n

Since starting work last year, Hill has worked to reinvigorate Nike’s culture and return its focus to sports.
