Georgian PM Irakli Kobakhidze has described the restoration of diplomatic relations with Russia before the withdrawal of Russian troops from Abkhazia and South Ossetia as a “red line,” Kommersant<\/a> reports.<\/p>\n

He also emphasized that such discussions are impossible as long as Moscow recognizes the independence of these territories.<\/p>\n

“For us, the most important thing is to maintain our principled position and adhere to our red lines. These red lines are connected to the issue of de-occupation.
