Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky would have done well to request a meeting with Polish President Karol Nawrocki, Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski said on RMF24<\/a> radio.<\/p>\n

“The crown would not have fallen from Zelensky’s head if he had asked for a meeting at the presidential palace, while passing through Poland,” the diplomat added.<\/p>\n

At the same time, Sikorski criticized Nawrocki for his demand directed at the Ukrainian authorities, who had been asked to express gratitude for the assistance Poland provided.<\/p>\n

“Such an obsessive demand in a situation where they are fighting for their lives angers me,” Sikorski stated.<\/p>\n
