Today, under the mediation and supervision of the International Committee of the Red Cross, 15 patients, along with attendants, were transferred to RA specialty hospitals from the Republican Medical Center of Artsakh Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Artsakh reports.<\/span><\/p>\n
