The Azerbaijani Presidential Administration has announced that Ilham Aliyev did not take part in the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council held on Dec. 21, as Azerbaijan is not a member of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).<\/p>\n
