One of the two Azerbaijani servicemen who crossed the border into Armenia, Aghshin Babirov, was sentenced to 11 years, 6 months and 15 days in prison, the RA General Prosecutor’s Office confirmed.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Azerbaijani serviceman was found guilty of illegal border crossing and smuggling firearms and ammunition across the border. He had pleaded guilty. <\/p>\n
