All public institutions in Aleppo are closed today, Jan. 7, the local Armenian newspaper Gandzasar reports.<\/p>\n
According to the publication, the Aleppo governorate has issued a statement saying that all public and private schools and universities, as well as government institutions, will be closed on Jan. 7.<\/p>\n
“For public safety reasons, all types of gatherings have also been canceled,” the newspaper reported.<\/p>\n
