British Secretary of State for Defense John Healey has stated he would kidnap Russian President Vladimir Putin in order to hold him accountable for alleged war crimes, The Telegraph<\/a> reports.<\/p>\n

“If I had the opportunity to kidnap any world leader, I would detain Putin and punish him for war crimes,” Healey said.<\/p>\n

The statement was made during Healey’s visit to Ukraine, where he met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
