On Jan. 16, US President Donald Trump announced his decision to establish an international organization called the Peace Council and extended invitations to both Armenia and Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n
Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the country has accepted the invitation and informed the US authorities of its intention to become a founding member of the Peace Council.<\/p>\n
