Spain welcomes the progress made in the process of normalizing relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, based on the peace agreement signed in Washington on Aug. 8 last year, Francina Armengol Socias, President of the Congress of Deputies of the Kingdom of Spain, has said.<\/p>\n
“I expressed Spain’s appreciation for the progress achieved in normalizing relations between Baku and Yerevan during my meeting with Azerbaijan’s parliamentary speaker Sahiba Gafarova.
