NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte told Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada that NATO countries are ready to provide rapid support to Ukraine.<\/p>\n

Here are highlights from Rutte’s speech:<\/p>\n

Since last summer, the alliance has provided 90% of Ukraine’s air defense systems and 75% of the missiles listed as needed by Ukraine.<\/li>\n
As soon as a peace agreement is signed, armed forces, aircraft, and naval support from willing countries will be deployed.<\/li>\n
Other NATO members will help in other ways, though Rutte did not specify how.<\/li>\n
