The delegates of the International Committee of the Red
\nCross (ICRC) have given the former officials of Artsakh, now kept in Baku,
\nparcels sent from their families.

\nElchin Shirinov said they had visited Former President of Artsakh Arayik
\nHarutyunyan, Former State Minister Ruben Vardanyan, Former First Deputy
\nCommander of the Armed Forces Davit Manukyan and Former Commander of the Armed
\nForces Levon Mnatsakanyan.

“At the request of their family members, a lawyer has been
\nappointed for them. The delegates of the International Committee of the Red
\nCross have given the detainees the parcels sent from their families from
\nArmenia,” Shirinov said.
