Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopirkin has expressed confidence that close and strong relations between the peoples of Armenia and Russia will be maintained.<\/p>\n
Speaking during a flower-laying ceremony at the monument to Alexander Griboyedov in Yerevan on the occasion of Diplomat’s Day, Kopirkin noted that diplomacy is one of many elements that connect the peoples of Armenia and Russia.<\/p>\n
The diplomat said that on Feb. 10, in line with tradition, flowers were laid at the graves of Armenian diplomats in both Soviet Armenia and Russia.<\/p>\n
