Former Adviser to the Artsakh President Vladimir Grigoryan
\nannounced a few days ago that the decree of the country’s president on the
\ndissolution of Artsakh no longer exists. Grigoryan noted that the reason for
\nthis was another agreement signed in October, under which a number of state
\nagencies of Artsakh will continue to operate, but as public ones. Shahramanyan,
\nin turn, met with the officials of Artsakh state agencies working on a public
\nbasis and noted that there was no decree dissolving the agencies. The KP
\nmembers did not like these statements.<\/p>\n
