Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova stated that the EU’s deployment of a rapid response team to Armenia to counter hybrid warfare is a reproduction of the Moldovan scenario applied to Armenia.<\/p>\n
“As the experience of other countries shows, deep involvement of EU experts during a pre-election period, as well as in the context of a potential constitutional referendum, is unlikely to strengthen Armenia’s autonomy. Most likely, the opposite will happen,” Zakharova said.<\/p>\n
