Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi told<\/a> an Azerbaijani news outlet that Iran has not attacked Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n

“We do not target neighboring countries. Iran’s policy is to strike only the bases of adversaries, including those of the United States and the Zionist regime, which operate in the region and are used to attack Iranian civilians,” the diplomat said.<\/p>\n
