Russia and Azerbaijan intend to strengthen their cooperation within the framework of the declaration signed by presidents Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev in February 2022, Lenta.ru<\/a> reports.<\/p>\n

The document was discussed during the visit of Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin to Baku.<\/p>\n
