A German court ruled on Wednesday that US-based food giant Mondelez misled buyers by shrinking its Milka chocolate bars from 100 grams to 90 ‌grams without significantly altering the packaging, the BBC<\/a> writes.<\/p>\n

The three-week court case was brought by Hamburg’s consumer protection office (VZHH).<\/p>\n

Reacting to the ruling Mondelēz told the BBC it was “taking the decision of the court seriously” and would “look at it in detail now.”<\/p>\n
