Chinese President Xi Jinping has expressed a desire to see an agreement on the situation surrounding Iran and has offered to help resolve the conflict, US President Donald Trump said in an interview with Fox News.<\/p>\n
“President Xi [Jinping] would like to see an agreement. He really would like to see an agreement, and he offered help, saying: ‘If there’s anything I can do to help, I would like to help.’ He really said that,” Trump noted.<\/p>\n
According to the US president, the Chinese leader also supports the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz.<\/p>\n
