The shelling of Belgorod Oblast has become more frequent since mid-December last year. On Dec. 30, Belgorod came under heavy shelling. As a result, 25 people, including five children, were killed, and another 109 people were injured. Vyacheslav Gladkov offered to help the residents of Belgorod to temporarily move to other cities.
