The hearing was scheduled for Nov. 30 in Baku; it has been
\npostponed. <\/p>\n

As the Azerbaijani media reports, the reason for the
\npostponement was that Voskanyan was not brought to court. The court hearing was
\nto take place in the Ganja Court dealing with serious crimes, under the
\nchairmanship of Judge Abdulla Mamedov.<\/p>\n
<\/p><\/p>\n
Thus, the first hearing on Voskanyan’s case will take place
\non Dec. 4. <\/p>\n
<\/p><\/p>\n
To remind, Gagik Voskanyan was abducted on Aug. 16, 2023.
\nThe Armenian Defense Ministry announced that the military training participant
\nhad voluntarily left his military position. After this, the Azerbaijani Defense
\nMinistry announced the arrest of an Armenian serviceman and accused the RA
\nArmed Forces of an infiltration attempt made in the eastern part of the border
\nzone.<\/p>\n
