Today, Chief of Staff of Yerevan Municipality Health Department Davit Karapetyan announced at the Yerevan Municipality procedural meeting a 7.9% population natural increase in the capital.<\/span><\/p>\n

“A total of 15,606 children were born in Yerevan in 2023: 8,069 boys and 7,837 girls,” Karapetyan noted.<\/span><\/p>\n

One hundred and eighty-seven children (93 boys, 94 girls) were born in the families of the people who were displaced from Artsakh after Sept. 19 and moved to the capital of Armenia.
