The conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan has ended, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said<\/a> during a speech before the House Foreign Affairs Committee on the Fiscal Year 2027 State Department budget request.<\/p>\n

“Not only did it end, but it ended with an agreement that I signed the MOU on yesterday, creating a new prosperity route, the TRIPP route, which will provide extraordinary opportunities for both countries, especially for Armenia,” Rubio said.<\/p>\n
