Narek Karapetyan, the top candidate on the Strong Armenia alliance electoral list, has announced that the bloc will file a complaint with the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) over the election results.<\/p>\n
“We will apply to the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) tomorrow so that the commission annuls the election results and reviews the results of the Civil Contract party,” Karapetyan has said in a video address.<\/p>\n
