Moscow considers Yerevan its ally and plans to develop

Peskov commented on the Defense Cooperation Plan 2023-2024
\nbetween Armenia and the U.K. and responded positively to that.

“Armenia is a sovereign state that develops bilateral
\nrelations with the states with which it finds necessary. We have our relations
\nwith Armenia, and of course it is a friendly state, it is our ally. We will
\ncontinue to develop our allied relations,” Peskov noted.
