An Amazon delivery driver who earned around £2.4 million (more than $3.1 million) in the UK by taking exams on behalf of students has been sentenced to three years in prison, the Daily Mail reports.<\/p>\n
According to the report, 43-year-old Shahid Adnan, who holds a PhD in philosophy, worked as a driver while providing paid academic services to students. He helped students complete tests and write coursework, receiving around $18,000 for one such assignment.<\/p>\n
The criminal scheme was uncovered in 2023 after a student submitted a storage device containing a coursework paper to a professor. It was later discovered that Adnan had access to the university’s relevant systems, where he completed students’ assignments for them.<\/p>\n
