Cuba has never attacked the United States and has never committed acts of terrorism against it, Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel has said.<\/p>\n
“On the contrary, it is the United States that has carried out terrorist acts against Cuba. More than 3,000 people have fallen victim to terrorism directed against Cuba from the United States,” he said.<\/p>\n
Díaz-Canel also stated that Cuba poses no threat to US national security.<\/p>\n
