“At this time, we have no plans for negotiations and are focused on defense,” Baghaei was quoted as saying by Tasnim news agency.<\/p>\n
Baghaei also said that the memorandum of understanding signed between Iran and the United States represents a set of mutual commitments.<\/p>\n
