Tbilisi officials believe that it is necessary to strengthen ties between Azerbaijan, Turkey and Georgia, including in terms of regional connectivity, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze noted.<\/p>\n
“In principle, it is very important to further strengthen strategic ties between Azerbaijan, Georgia and Türkiye, especially our strategic ties in terms of connectivity. We are working for this and will continue to do so,” Kobakhidze has commented on Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s remarks made during the latter’s visit to Nakhchivan.<\/p>\n
He also recalled that when adopting the document prepared by experts on electricity transit and submarine cable projects, the European Union included the Black Sea submarine cable project in the list of projects of common interest.<\/p>\n
The head of the Georgian government also highly appreciated the level of regional integration with Azerbaijan and Turkey.<\/p>\n
