Implementing the “Trump Route” project<\/a> in Armenia will allow US troops to be stationed directly near the Iranian border, Deputy Secretary of the Russian Security Council Alexey Shevtsov stated at the Eastern Economic Forum.<\/p>\n

“The so-called “Trump Route” through Armenian territory… allows the West, the Americans, to deploy their troops, private military companies, and intelligence infrastructure directly on Armenian territory, in close proximity to the Iranian border,” Shevtsov noted.<\/p>\n
