The head of the Iranian foreign policy department made this statement in a post on his official account on the social media platform X.<\/p>\n
As the minister noted, after 47 years of restrictive measures, the United States has launched a war against Iran on the side of Israel. He emphasized that the consequences have been catastrophic for America, including regarding its standing on the global stage.<\/p>\n
Araghchi added that after failing to achieve its goals through either sanctions or war, Washington’s “new” solution has been to introduce even more restrictive measures against Iran.<\/p>\n
