He likened the payments to a corporation’s distributions to shareholders, citing “our tremendous strength and success economically.”
\n“The only restriction is that the dividends must be spent in the U.S. We don’t want you to go to Canada and spend the money there. We don’t want you to go to China, to Germany… You have to spend the money in the U.S.,” he said.<\/p>\n
