Ukraine is interested in studying Azerbaijan’s experience in humanitarian demining within urban areas and in preparing mine-cleared territories for subsequent reconstruction.<\/p>\n
According to Ukraine’s Ministry of Economy, the issue was discussed during a meeting between Vugar Suleymanov, Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action, and Dmytro Panshin, Head of the Humanitarian Demining Department at the Ukrainian Ministry of Economy.<\/p>\n
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 4th International Mine Action Conference in Baku, held on September 2–3.<\/p>\n
