It is an obvious fact that the Western partners want the peace treaty (between Armenia and Azerbaijan) to be concluded only in their territory, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said this.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Azerbaijan is ready to sign it in Russia, where, as a matter of fact, the efforts to end the conflict and to build an entire complex of cooperation for settling all the issues have started.
