The diplomat noted that Europe views its “wards” merely as a source of resources and labor, as well as a consumer market devoid of industry for its own goods and services. Galuzin stated that a high price must be paid for all of this.<\/p>\n
Regarding the Russian military base in Gyumri, Galuzin stated that Russia has not received any requests from Armenia concerning its withdrawal.<\/p>\n
