The analysis shows that, in addition to the overall record, all-time high fuel prices were recorded in 19 EU countries, including Germany, Italy, and France. Denmark and Finland have the most expensive diesel (€2.56 per liter), surpassing Germany (€2.46). They are followed by Belgium and France (€2.40 per liter), with Italy rounding out the top four, where consumers face prices of around €2.30 per liter.<\/p>\n
