This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, <a href=\"https:\/\/tass.ru\/politika\/28217875\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TASS <\/a>reports.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We have not received any requests regarding participation in this project, the transport route named after Donald Trump. However, all interested parties are aware of our readiness and capabilities,&rdquo; the Minister noted.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We have welcomed &mdash; and have done so repeatedly through the President and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs &mdash; the process of normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan. We welcomed the agreement that was concluded in Washington. We are ready to participate in infrastructure projects; we have stated this more than once. Russian Railways holds a concession and operates within the framework of the South Caucasus Railway.
