Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov made the remarks today while addressing the 13th Summit of the Council of Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in Ankara.<\/p>\n
The Azerbaijani foreign minister recalled that “the text of the peace agreement, prepared on the basis of principles proposed by Azerbaijan, was initialled last year.”<\/p>\n
Bayramov stressed “the importance of Armenia taking the necessary political and legal steps to sign the agreement.”<\/p>\n
