This was stated by Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, <a href=\"https:\/\/ria.ru\/20261102\/rossija-2128608895.html?in=l\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RIA Novosti<\/a> reports.<\/p>\n<p>He noted that Russia has historical ties to the Turkic world. Numerous peoples of Turkic origin, each with their own cultures, languages, and traditions, live in the country.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Russian presidential spokesperson, this makes cooperation with the Organization of Turkic States a logical avenue for international engagement.
