Have you ever seen Azerbaijani or Turkish nationals, defending their countries’ interests abroad, be refused entry into their homeland? While in our case, some of our compatriots from the Diaspora have been refused entry into Armenia by Pashinyan’s order.<\/span><\/p>\n

The reason for this is their oppositional political views. The co-chairman of the Coordination Council of Armenian Organizations in France, Mourad Papazian, was denied entry into Armenia on July 13, 2022. He was declared persona non grata in Armenia. After he arrived in Yerevan, the police saw him to the return plane.<\/span><\/p>\n

Afterward, Papazian announced that “he will fight with all legal means for his right to return to Armenia”.<\/span><\/p>\n
