On the initiative of the Armenia Alliance, the Parliament
\nwas holding a hearing on the bill introduced by the Hayakve initiative.
\nAccording to the leader of the alliance, Seyran Ohanyan, the adoption of the
\nbill is a necessity in the current military and political situation around
\nArmenia and Artsakh. The Civil Contract Party did not attend the parliamentary
\nhearing. Instead, many former and incumbent officials of Artsakh were present.
